Hand drawn sketches or paintings can be digitised using scanning as well as take photograph using digital camera or mobile.

You can scan hand-drawn sketches and images with the scanner device . many graphics softwares support scanning. To get a quality image of what you scan, It’s important to set up the scan correctly. The most important detail is setting the resolution for at least 600 dpi. Please remember, you can always scale down but you can never scale up.

 

• Open scanning software ( like simple scan, gimp, etc)
• Select “scan” after putting your sketch on the scanner.
