The information can also be sorted based on the country from where it is published, time of publication, type of publication etc. Browser provides search tools to perform this and using these tools one can sort the results based on time (date), country, type of information etc. On searching something through the browser, by default the information published by the country from where the search is executed are displayed (In our case, it will be India).
Sorting results based on Time:

For searching some information published during a particular time period, one can use the tool ‘time’ provided under the search tools. After typing the keyword in the search bar, click on the option search tools and a list appears as shown below.
In the list, click on the option ‘Anytime’ , a list of options will appears from where the required time period can be chosen. By default ‘Any time’ is selected.
For example:

information on the same topic but that were published in the past one year, click on the search tools and select the option ‘Past year’ (as shown below) from the time list
The information listed gets changed by listing only the information related to earthquakes that were published in past year as shown below excluding the older information. Check for the date of publication from the date displayed as shown below.
Now suppose, to specify a time interval manually (i.e, a specific time period) then select ‘customize range’ from the options and enter the dates in the window that appears.
