document commonly created using HTML and displayed on a web browser
is called as a Web page. The web pages are generally independent of
web browsers.
A
web page is a single page of information of a website. A web page can
be Static or Dynamic. Static pages show the same content each time
they are viewed. Dynamic web page is a web page that displays
different content each time it's viewed. For example, the page may
change with the time of day, the user that accesses the webpage, or
the type of user interaction.
Web
pages usually have hyperlinks that lead to other web pages. It is
nonlinear in nature, that is, users can navigate between web pages.
Content on a web page can be textual, non-textual or interactive
elements. Non textual elements are like images, audio and videos that
can be embedded in web pages. Interactive elements like chat ,
through which people can connect with one another, search box,
dialogue box etc.
