9) Sharing the project online

Sharing the project online

You can share your story animation or scene with the scratch community all over the world. To share your project online you need the following:

1. Internet Connection
   
   
2. Email address.
   
   
3. Becoming member of online scratch community. To become a member perform the following steps

• Visit scratch website https://scratch.mit.edu/
• Click on “Join scratch”. Follow the steps given by the community
• Confirm your account by accessing your email and accessing scratch mail

Once the scratch online account is created, you can share your project online. To share your project online perform the following steps:

1. Make sure you have saved your project
   
   
2. In Menu bar, click on “share” option and click “Share This Project Online”

 

3. Following window will appear

4. Enter your website login name, password and project name in appropriate fields.
   
   
    
    
5. Click Ok
    
6. Open internet browser and go to site https://scratch.mit.edu/
   
   
7. Sign in with username and password details.

 

8. Once you log into your account. Click on “My stuff” as shown below: 
   

9. Open your project.
   
   
10. Press share button at the top right to share your project with online community
