9) Straightening images



Straightening images

1. Open up your mis-aligned image in Gimp.


2. Click on the Rotate icon in the toolbox.



















3. Click on the image. This will bring up the grid and the settings dialog box.

4. Adjust the center of rotation if you need to. Then rotate the grid or adjust the angle in the box to align with the horizon.
5. Click rotate tab, you will get straighten image as shown below
