Activity 01: Visualising space

1.2. Explain the various parts of software interface.

Step 1:
You can view the interface (main toolbar) of Stellarium software when you bring your mouse cursor to the bottom left side of the screen.  You can see the main toolbar is arranged in vertical and horizontal manner. When you move the cursor from bottom left it disappears. To freeze these tools to appear, you need to click the arrows at the bottom left and it will change it to square shape to make the tools to appear even when you move the cursor anywhere in the screen.


Step 2:
The vertical toolbar contains 7 tools which are indicated in the screenshot given below. The descriptions of each toolbar is given in the tabular form.

Step 4:
The horizontal toolbar contains many tools which are indicated in the screenshot given below. The descriptions of each toolbar is given in the tabular form.
