Basic Components of E-mail

1).The To label: It is the place where we have to mention the email-id of person to whom we are mailing to.

2).The subject line: It is the most important component of an email. In fact it is the deciding factors whether your message will be read or deleted by recipient as it appears to him/her on e-mail window.

3).The salutation: It is the start of an e-mail which sets the tone for the main body.

4).Email Content (body): It is the part of e-mail where main content of the e-mail comes.

5).The ending: It is also an important part of e-mail where sender of mail can specify his gratitude towards receiver. We can also recall the brief summary of e-mail so that the objective could be made clearer to receiver of mail.
