How
to compose an e-mail step by step
The following steps
describe how to compose an email. For this example, a Gmail account
is used, but the steps would be similar for other email accounts too.
The steps are as
follows:

Go to URL https://www.gmail.com .

Login to your account by filling the username/email id.

Enter the password and click on “Sign In” button given below.

Now, the user would be redirected to the Dashboard Page.

Click on Compose button to compose a new mail.

After clicking on this button a new window would appear for composing the email, as shown below.

Fill the recipient "email id" in the "To" text field. On the right side the “Cc” and “Bcc” options are also given. to use the options, click on them.

Put the subject in "Subject" text field.

After that write the complete mail text in the "Description Box".

Now the mail is ready to be send. To add some additional document in the mail, click on “Attach” file button which is given below.

After clicking on this button , a dialog box will appear to locate the file to be attached from the computer.

Now, choose the document and click on the "open button" to load this file into the composed mail.

After the file has been uploaded, you will see the uploaded document, as shown below.

Click on the "Send” Button to send your Mail.

After successful sending of the mail, a confirmation message would be dispalyed.
