Safety
measures while searching images
Safe
search helps in preventing adult or other inappropriate content from
appearing in the search results. It basically filters your search and
makes it kid-friendly. Though it is not one hundred percent accurate,
it still filters a lot of explicit material.

Steps shown below are
applicable for
Google Chrome)
1. Open
homepage of Google search engine and click on the gear icon.
2. From
the drop down list select 'Search settings' option.

In the next window that appears, look for 'SafeSearch Filters' category and tick on the box beside “Filter explicit results” to enable Safe Search. With the Safe Search on, all the explicit material like images, videos, etc. will be filtered from the search results.

To disable the Safesearch mode, you just have to uncheck the same option “Filter explicit results”.
