Resizing images

Resizing changes the size of an image but does not change its height-to-width ratio.

1. Go to image > scale the image, from menu bar.

 

2. A dialog box will appear and it shows its current dimensions of the image.

 

3. Enter the width you want to change. Height will automatically change to maintain the scale ratio of the picture.

4. Press enter or click the scale button`

6. Go to file > Save as and type the name and extension (jpg, pnj, etc) and select save.

7. Now you will get resized image.

Here 2500 X 2241 pixels image is resized in to 1500 X 1345 pixels image.
