Identifying the current status of sprite

You can know the position and direction of your sprite at any given time from current information panel show below :

X Coordinate: Gives the horizontal direction in x-axis from the center of stage area.

Y Coordinate: Gives the Vertical direction in y-axis from the center of stage area.

Direction:  Gives the direction in which the sprite would rotate or move.( Sprite rotates if Rotation Style is “Can rotate”. It changes its face direction if Rotation Style is “Only face Left-Right”. It only moves in direction specified if Rotation Style is  “don't rotate”).

Different rotation style are shown in the diagram below:

You can access the position of sprite in script area using the following Motion blocks:

	To know position on X- axis
	To know position on Y- axis
	To know the direction of the sprite
