Internet is a big pool of information from where information on any topic can be extracted. But information can be useful as well as harmful for us. So while surfing, accessing information or downloading any type of resources from internet, proper care should be taken. If the resource being downloaded is suspected to be infected with some malware, it should not be downloaded.
